This Privacy Notice explains how 4TH PARTNER LIMITED trading as Recept IO (company no. SC847835), 1 Simonsburn Road, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, KA1 5LA, United Kingdom (we, us, our) uses personal data as a controller.
Scope: this notice covers data we control — website visitors, prospects, and our customers' contacts. It does not cover the enquiry data captured through the Platform on behalf of our law-firm customers: for that data the customer firm is the controller and Recept IO is the processor (see the Data Protection Addendum).

Account and transaction data: account details and billing information (card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).

We may also share data with professional advisers, and with authorities where required by law.

5.1 Some of our providers are located in the United States, so personal data may be transferred outside the UK. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards, principally Standard Contractual Clauses, together with technical measures such as encryption.

6.1 We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements.
